•  Pickup and collection locations at Hintonburg Park and City Centre are street level. Our Bayview LRT station location is on the ground floor with level access to pathways. Get in touch by email or phone if you require delivery service to your address.

• Our pedal bikes are two-wheeled bicycles without electric assistance. Our Omafiets has a step-thru frame, making it easy to get on and off and helping keep feet firmly on the ground when stopping. Our Tern Link is a small folding bike, making it easier to ride yet suitable for a wide range of rider heights. 

​

• Benno eJoy bikes are two-wheeled electric-assist bikes and are step-thru frames. They are relatively easy to get on and off, and to place feet solidly on the ground when stopping. They do not use throttles, so a user must pedal to receive electric assistance.

​

• Muli Motor is a two-wheeled electric-assist bike and has a partial step-thru frame. It does not use a throttle, so a user must pedal to receive electric assistance. Younger passengers accessing the front cargo area must either crawl in themselves or be lifted into the seat.

• Creme Happy Wagon is a two-wheeled electric-assist bike that has a step-thru frame. It does not use a throttle, so a user must pedal to receive electric assistance. Young passengers accessing the rear cargo area must either crawl in themselves or be lifted into the seats if using the safety bars. Older children or an adult can access the rear passenger area by straddling the long seat. There is no backrest with this configuration, but there is a front handle and comfy footrests.

• Triobike Boxter is an electric-assist tricycle and has a step-thru frame. It does not use a throttle, so a user must pedal to receive electric assistance. As it is a trike, there is no need to place feet on the ground when stopping. The front cargo box has small bench seats that can accommodate an adult or children. They must crawl into the box to access the passenger area, as there is no door. We have a folding stool that you can add a checkout to aid in getting in and out of the cargo/passenger area.

• Black Iron Horse is an electric-assist tricycle and has a partial step-thru frame. It does not use a throttle, so a user must pedal to receive electric assistance. As it is a trike, there is no need to place feet on the ground when stopping. The front cargo box has a door for passenger access. The cargo box has a bench seat that can accommodate an adult or children. We can also install a corner seat inside the box beside the door to aid in sliding over to the bench seat.

• Pfautec Roma is an electric-assist adult tricycle with a low-step, accessible frame. It does not use a throttle, so the user must pedal to receive electric assistance. As it is a trike, there is no need to place feet on the ground when stopping. It has coaster brakes, so the user pedals backward to apply them. This might help someone who has less dexterity in their hands.
